Welcome to LexiClash. These Terms of Service govern your use of our multiplayer word game platform at lexiclash.live.
By accessing or using LexiClash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
LexiClash is a free-to-play multiplayer word game where players compete to find words on a letter grid in real-time. The service includes user accounts, leaderboards, achievements, and multiplayer gameplay features.
You may use LexiClash as a guest or create an account using Google or Discord authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We do not store your passwords - authentication is handled securely through OAuth providers.
You agree to use LexiClash fairly and respectfully. Prohibited activities include: using offensive or discriminatory display names, cheating or exploiting bugs, using automated bots or scripts, harassing other players, and any attempt to disrupt the service or manipulate leaderboard rankings.
By using LexiClash, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display your username, avatar, and game statistics on leaderboards, in-game displays, and within the service. This license allows us to operate the game and display player information to other users.
LexiClash, including its name, logo, game mechanics, code, and all content, is owned by LexiClash Ltd. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
LexiClash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including game progress or statistics.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexiClash Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LexiClash Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to LexiClash at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your account data may be deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of LexiClash after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LexiClash shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Israel, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
